Pounds. You can also pay for products in € and USD, both of
which are calculated from rates provided by

Availability
We try to have stock of all the
items on this site, but cannot guarantee this. Therefore,
acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an
acceptance of your offer to purchase an item. On receipt
of your order, we will advise you if anything is out of
stock.
Order/Payments
- By credit or debit card using
the PayPal payment gateway
- By fax, by downloading a copy of
the online order form and enclosing a cheque/card
details.

You will not be charged until your
order is ready to be despatched.
Delivery
We ship products to all locations
and endeavour to find and use the best value postage for
that country.
We try to get orders out as quickly
as possible but please allow up to 28 days at busy times.
If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will
do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.
We need to receive your order
before 12 noon for next day delivery.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please return the item
within 7 days unused and in its original packing (ie in a
saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret
that post and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your
protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This
guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If products we deliver to you are
not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect
quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective
products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our
option, credit the price and delivery charges of those
products to you.
If you do not receive products
ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of
your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at
our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the
non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted
your order and have been unable to contact you, we will
notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
Cancellations
The United Kingdom's Distance
Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to
cancel your order for products at any time up to the end
of the seventh working day following the day after the day
on which you received the products. You do not need to
give us any reason for cancellation.

This website is protected by a
secure certificate which provides 128 bit encryption. As
soon as you place an order you will switch onto the secure
server at PayPal.
All credit card numbers are
encrypted in the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any
web site.
Purchase of
Download Products
a. Products Requirements. You acknowledge that use of
download products may require the use of other hardware
and software products (e.g., the ability to make copies of
Products on physical media and render performance of
Products on authorised digital player devices), and that
such hardware and software is your responsibility. Once a
Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is
your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the
Product, and The Mersey Wreckers shall be without
liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or
damage to Products.
b. Cancellation Policy. All Sales are final. The Mersey
Wreckers service commences immediately when you begin to
download Products from the Mersey Wreckers Store and you
will not have a right to cancel your contract once the
service commences.
c. Use of Products. You acknowledge that Products may
contain security technology that limits your usage of
Products to the following Usage Rules, and, whether or not
Products are limited by security technology, you agree to
use Products in compliance with the applicable Usage
Rules.
Usage Rules
(i) Your use of the Products is conditional upon your
prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
(ii) You shall be authorised to use the Products only for
personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution,
transfer, assignment or sublicence, to the extent
permitted by law.
