Teacher. He is married to Mary and has one son, Laurence. He likes

Dave, born in 1941 in
Wallasey, met Lol at Marymount primary school chasing girls around the
bike sheds. They have been friends ever since. A year after Lol he moved
to St Anselm’s College - a case of age before beauty! Dave was a founder
member of The Wreckers Folk Group. He is married to Sue and has two
sons, Mark and John. Employed by Royal Insurance he retired early and
enjoys lengthy trips to France. Dave loves good music and is a
passionate supporter of Tranmere Rovers. |

Trevor was born in
Liverpool's Sefton General in 1948 and educated at Liverpool Collegiate
and Liverpool Polytec (now John Moore's University) where he was
President of the Student's Union. From an early age his aptitude for
music was apparent and he went on to play piano, guitar, mandolin, banjo
and violin, and -most notably- the fool! For many years he played in
country dance bands but in 1978 joined The Mersey Wreckers. He married
his second wife Heather, in 1981 and they have four children from their
first marriages: Adam, Anneli, Anji and Rachael.
Trevor and Heather formed and ran several successful businesses but
tragically, early in 2005, Trevor was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid
Leukaemia and passed away in August of the same year. His contribution
to the success of the band cannot be over stressed and he is sadly
missed as a friend and musician. |
